Before you pay for your exam, first chose whether to take the A) online exam or B) paper exam option.
Keep in mind you may take the online exam multiple times until you pass without additional charge.
Note there is a $10 additional manual scoring fee for the paper exam option for this course.
You may retake the paper exam to obtain a passing score. The first retake is without additional charge. For subsequent retakes of the paper exam, there is a $10 fee.
With the paper exam option, you must download, print out, and then submit the exam and the other included documents by mail or fax. The exam will then be manually scored. A PDF of your certificate of completion will be emailed to you when you pass the exam.
